Regulations
Airfield regulations
Use of the airfield implies full acceptance of these regulations.
PPR mandatory
Landing, take-off and parking are allowed only with a PPR, valid only for the authorised dates and effective only after payment.
Weather conditions
Operations are permitted in daytime VFR conditions only. It is the pilot's responsibility to assess weather and fitness to fly.
Hangar use
Hangar shelter is available on request and subject to availability, in compliance with the operator's instructions.
Safety prohibitions
Overflying the Gardaland park is forbidden. Left-hand circuits, altitudes and published procedures must be respected.
Liability
Each pilot operates under their own responsibility. The operator is not liable for damage to people or property arising from improper use of the field.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to use of the airfield falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona.
